Written by Samuel Griswold Goodrich, better known under his pseudonym Peter Parley, an American author. Edited by William Martin. With thirty-two pages of publisher's advertisements to the rear, two of which are folding pages. In the original red cloth binding. Externally, sound with rubbing and light fraying to the extremities. Fading to the spine with the odd small mark to the boards. Splits in the cloth to the joints at the head and tail of the spine. Hinges tender. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright with the odd small spot or handling mark and light age toning to the extremities.
